Is Dressmaker on Nintendo Switch?
Not yet according to the current official sources. In its September 21 launch announcement, Team Dressmaker said it was planning Switch and mobile ports. That is a development plan, not a confirmed release window or store listing. Check the official announcements for a date before making a purchase decision. Steam Deck is marked Playable on the Steam store, but the team said it still wants to add proper controller support.

The Windows listing specifies Windows 10 or later, an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen processor, 8 GB of RAM, Intel UHD 630 graphics or better, DirectX 11, and 2 GB of storage. The macOS listing specifies Apple M1, 8 GB of RAM, and 1 GB of storage. These are published requirements, rather than a performance benchmark. Check the current Steam listing before buying, especially if your computer is close to any listed limit.
What is available on Steam?
Steam lists Windows and macOS, single-player play, Steam achievements and Steam Cloud. The listed interface, audio and subtitle languages are English, Simplified Chinese and Japanese. There is no separate Switch purchase attached to the Steam version.
Check the creative activities
The Steam description covers a sketchbook for designs, colours, fabric samples, and appliqué, followed by fabric selection, pattern cutting, machine sewing, and decoration. Customers have tastes and events to design for, and the shop can display your own ready-made dresses. Read those activities together when deciding what the game offers. They describe the advertised focus, but do not establish performance on your hardware or the depth of every individual tool.
